CNC Milling
With our 5-axis milling machines, supported by automated robotics, we can produce complex components with unparalleled precision, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure consistent and accurate production, these machines are housed in a fully conditioned production environment. We also have dedicated machines that meet the highest cleanliness standards.
CNC Turning
Our CNC tuning machines provide the flexibility and precision needed to produce high-quality turned parts with consistent quality. Like our CNC milling machines, the CNC lathes are also housed in the conditioned production environment. This setup ensures consistent and reliable production. Additionally, we have dedicated machines to meet the highest cleanliness standards required by our customers.
Flat and Profile grinding
Both flat and profile grinding are performed in-house. These processes enable us to achieve flatness and parallelism of complex geometries with extreme precision. Additionally, through profile grinding, we can create accurate profiles as well.
Sink- and Wire EDM
We have both sinker and wire EDM technologies at our disposal. With our expertise and a total of seven wire EDM machines and two sinker EDM machines, we are capable of achieving small radii and extremely high precision.
Clean production / Cleaning
We are continuously working to improve and optimize our cleaning techniques. Our staff is well-versed in the most common cleanliness standards required by our customers and stays updated with the latest requirements. As a result, our cleaning process runs smoothly without relying on external parties. Cleanliness is ensured during production through our hybrid cleaning line, as well as equipment such as a steam cleaner and an ultrasonic lance. Additionally, producing components is carried out in a clean and meticulous manner to meet the extreme cleanliness standards of our customers.
