Lucassen ensures these accuracy standards by scaling up production without compromising quality, thanks to our extensive machine park and stringent quality procedures.
Production takes place in fully conditioned environments under controlled, clean conditions, enabling us to manufacture extremely precise components within tight tolerances. To ensure the cleanliness of our products, we have our own cleanroom facility. In the ISO 7 cleanroom, Lucassen can clean and assemble components to a high degree according to various specifications. Additionally, a separate space is available for performing these tasks in an ISO 5 environment. To guarantee quality, Lucassen complies with industry-specific quality requirements, including ISO 9001:2015.

Lucassen Sittard operates with a young, compact team with extensive experience. Of our approximately fifty employees, with an average age of 44, nearly half have been with the company for over 15 years. Kusters Precision Parts is in 1973 opgericht en uitgegroeid tot een toeleverancier van hightech componenten met veertig medewerkers. Voor de productie van prototypes en kleine series, maar ook voor seriewerk bent u bij ons aan het juiste adres. Doordat we beschikken over een zeer uitgebreid en ultramodern machinepark produceren we snel en tot op de duizendste millimeter nauwkeurig. De afmeting van de vaak complexe componenten varieert van enkele millimeters tot maximaal 1300mm.
Kusters ontzorgt haar klanten. Wij geloven in de combinatie van een strak logistiek proces, een uitgebreid en modern machinepark en een team van ervaren professionals. Onze vakmensen zijn verantwoordelijk voor het totaalproces, van het programmeren van de machines tot aan de oplevering van het eindproduct. Dit brengt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met zich mee, wat zich weer vertaalt in zeer hoogwaardige producten.
Kusters is zeer begaan met onze wereld en de toekomst daarvan. Daarom produceren we zoveel mogelijk milieuvriendelijk, recyclen we zoveel mogelijk (verpakkings-)materialen en is ons hele pand voorzien van zonnepanelen. Verder heeft Kusters een fonds opgericht dat ervoor moet zorgen dat er ook in de toekomst nog voldoende gekwalificeerd MBO- en HBO-personeel beschikbaar is.
